I hate to point out the obvious...

MREs are seriously calorie dense. They and the Heater Meals were designed for a good balance of simple and complex carbohydrates, protein, and fat. If you're always rolling why not use what is given...

I think starting with the lighter weight and working up is a matter of confidence, or rather a lack thereof. I can't guarantee that I'll start off as strong as I was last workout, so I work into it...

If you have a problem with sweaty hands think about how much worse they would sweat inside rubber dishwashing gloves. It would turn to soup inside the gloves and be more of a problem than you started...

This is something I've never really understood. If you want to put the focus of a compound movement onto one muscle group why would you exhaust that muscle group first? Why not exhaust the triceps...

I wish I could pull that off. I've always needed 8 hours no matter what I'm doing. The mile walk only takes 12.5 minutes, but like I said it was a timing issue. I was going to have a messed up night...
