This is perfect timing, I'm starting my bottle of The One on Monday and it's my first run with PH's so I'm pretty excited about it. I'll be taking this challenge for sure.

I agree with Peter. However you could pick up Trinitine in pill form and dose that on off days, which is what I do. I typically take no more than 2/3 scoop preworkout only and that is plenty to get...

That sucks! I'm an old WaMu employee and sold that stock at $25 or so. I think GE could be a good buy as is today, but I would stay away from financials for a little while longer as we don't know...

Orange Triad's reformulation looks great. Millennium's MVP 365 multi is solid too. I use the ACES scheme so I don't use a true multi, but if I did, it would be OT probably.

I've tried both flavors. Chocolate is pretty good. Vanilla is decent by itself but makes a real good smoothie with frozen fruit and milk. This is my favorite protein by ON.
