I stick with the same routine as long as I feel that it works, which is usually around 3 months. If I start a new routine and for some reason don't like it I switch after only a month.

Lower body is just as important! Skinny all over...
Lower body is just as important! Skinny all over is better than muscular upper body and skinny legs. Well-shaped glutes are a big bonus :D
