Hey guys I had recently heard that crystalline fructose, a new popular sweetener in Vitamin Water and many other sports drinks, contains arsenic.

I agree with the other answers....BEEF UP THE NUTRITION PLAN!! Your age and rate of metabolism is in your favor, use it!! Get a pure whey product and add other ingredients for calories. Good luck!!!!
