well you got the frame and the weight. to get strength you need to push your self. do weight you normally cant do. For bench i used to do a pyramid. My max is about 450. I start at 135 for 12 reps....

Stength gains. Weight gains. depends on what your looking for and how you train. You will see a big diffrence in how you body reacts to heavier weights. Give it one week and you will see a diffrence....
