It's not very hard to mix at all. I make my own mixture and take it before and after workouts. All of the ingredients are available here on bodybuilding.com.

Read the label carefully. It says "per 100grams of liver". It is just giving you the profile of ratios of varous amino acids, not the amount in one serving.

I think its okay. The main benefit of supplements for me is the convenience. It's hard to sit down and eat 6 meals a day if you have a busy schedule.
