should i start of with the same amount of exercise with less weight or reps....

does anybody else get any pains when they don't workout for a while like 2weeks or more........

i have noticed when i stop going gym for more than 2weeks i get these crazy pains in my chest....!

i had some pain in my elbow for about 2weeks.....i hit it by accident and i had wild tingle down my arm for like 10mins then the pain never came back.... i dont suggest u hit ur elbow

Cool Gym classes = a workout class that my gym does...

Gym classes = a workout class that my gym does and it about an 1hour long....i went to it once and it was actually worthwhile....i added it to her workout plan to give her something a lil different...

i currently do 1min breaks between sets........no matter what the muscle.........and i have seen great improvements than when i use to have like 30secs.......


but i might try 1.30secs next...
