When changing workouts can you keep the same exercises, but you just change reps, sets, workout splits. etc? And still improve your strength

Started taking amplified creatine 189 and mega men a couple days ago any thoughts and if it worked for anyone? Also, continuing my use of wheybolic extreme 60 protein. Make anybody stronger. etc?
