i honestly think you're better off eating regular plain unsweetened yogurt and putting some fruit in it. These fat free and light yogurts are nutritionally void IMO

I don't think anyone with a history of eating disorders should be competing. It's an arena that can trigger behaviour again and also foster eating disorder like eating habits.

30 days is not a lot of time in terms of building muscle. Give it a few months. Remember you will put on muscle and some fat before you slim down.

No this is not good advice. Refeeds are not 2 week long carb fests, especially for women. It doesn't work that way. Women don't carry enough muscle for it to work, even for me the refeeds don't last...

For your height and weight I do think your cals are high for fat loss if you include the cheat meal. Shave 150 cals off a day and I bet you'll drop
