no they weaken your grip as it makes the bar diameter seem larger unless you get really thin ones

hey man you know you need more calories, carbs, protien and a little more fat so i suggests nuts as they contain lots of each and healthy fats!! just eat loads

definately rest, if its the muscle thats sore then do light streches by pulling back your fingers and hand until you feel the strech, do this daily and itll help a load, if its the bone get it...

Your workout split seems right for you goals, now your main concern is nutrition you want to cut carbs and fats down, but still keeping protien high. and drink lots of water!! perhaps supplement...

Smile growth stunt is nearly impossible

Weightlifting does not stunt growth unless your like 11 benching to failure for 3 hours a day! and continoulsly curling with max weight, so dont restrict yourself from the heavy weights!
