You're probably at around 14-15% bf. If I were you I'd continue a clean bulk 'till you hit around 200 lbs and then start your cut. Work hard! Also, trim that ;)

Drinking beer (which I love) happened maybe 4 times during the 3 months. No fast food junk. I think I missed going to the gym 2 days in total (I go every single day). Lots of hard work I guess.

Check out the progress pics on my profile. I'm 6'0 went from 216 and I'm at 199 right now. Never measured my bodyfat at first but I think I was at least 25% and now I should be at around 18% or so....
