I never noticed anything much when taking ZMA. Sleep didn't really get any better or worse, and never had any of the vivid dreams you hear some people talk about.

Might try some again soon.

You need to fix up those first 2 days. Why would you train tri's and then do delts the next day? Unless you don't do any pressing for delts, but hopefully you do.....

A better alternative, imo, is DB inclines.

I don't like it becasue it locks you into a fixed position, and at times it can make performing the exercise uncomfortable.

If he lowerd his carbs a lot or is following a keto diet, losing that much the first week can be expected. Most, if not all, would be water weight. If he were to lose that much...
