I think Mark Bradley will be a good #1 reciever. He's got the size, the speed, and the hands to be a go to guy. Yes, he's unproven and inexperianced but, everytime he's been called upon he's produced.

On my workout days I'll take 5g in the morning...

On my workout days I'll take 5g in the morning with my protein drink and then another 5g after I workout. On non workout days I take 5g around the middle of the day
