More chest! Oh well, not really, just another week, another cycle… I was pumped, feeling great, pretty heavy bench, heavy incline db press… finished with a bit of abs too… nice 

I didn’t feel the strectch on the incline DB...

I didn’t feel the strectch on the incline DB press today, I must be got used to it, so I tried pec deck for a change, it was good, I guess I will change it after all.

Tough day.

Squats were good, Leg press also. Calf Raises were hard, tried a different technique, lowered the load, keep my legs straight… it burns!
