Im not worried about weight gain. I don't eat junk now, and I wont eat junk after. I will probably avoid alcohol too for a while as it will make me want to smoke which will help with fat loss.

Has anyone quit smoking and noticed a change in fat loss? I am gearing up to quit and am curious if anyone else has quit after working out for an any ammount of time and noticed a difference.
