now, should i start competing?
i live in england in rainham and i don't know if theres many bb contest's around here i don't know anyone who can tell me where theres one around where i live but anyways should i compete?

i dont know you could enter but just go in more defined ive seen alot of small bb's out there in comp's just do some cardio high reps and tan,
i dont know what youve been doing but jus try it k

yeh i agree wit all this **** u guys jus said but hard training and working your ass off in the gym you get the most benifit from trust me.
