If you aren't already doing deadlifts or rack pulls you should be, those lifts will grow your traps quicker than shrugs. I use shrugs as a burnout after I do 10 sets of heavy rackpulls and my traps...

I thought it was going to be uncomfortable with weight distribution but actually it isn't. Most of the weight rests on your forearm for these huge dumbbells anyway and was a bit easier to manage.

My weight workouts are anywhere between 45 to 75...
My weight workouts are anywhere between 45 to 75 minutes depending on who is hogging machines I want to use....i do 30 minutes of cardio after my training.
