That is good. I lift for about an hour in the mornings and then go for a 5-10 mile run in the evenings and im still bulking up. 30 minutes wont kill your bulking

Conditioning: Warm-up 1 mile jog
Squats to parallel 3X12
Dumbell Lunges 3X20
Romanian Dead lift 3X12
Seated Leg Curls 3X12
Standing Calf raises 3X15
