Take Two Scoops Of Ids Whey Mix It With 6 Egg Whites And 1/2 Cup To 1 Cup Of Oat Meal. Make It Into A Batter Fry It Like A Pancake. It Is Kinda Dry So Use Sugar Free Syrup And It Will Be Great.
