I should be able to pull over 400 then.. and im actually 125 not 150, thats my goal weight and thats what i was before i became ill so im keeping my 150 up there. but thats besides the point.

thats why your not supposed to drink milk post workout, bc its not absorbed quickly enough.. the fat in the milk helps to slow absorbtion of carbs too...
