I broke out a year a go from 1-ad all over like if I had the hives but, the doc gave me a anhistimine and it cleared up. I took 1-ad a couple of months a go and this time I did not break out. I think...

patmel, I took 600mg's for the first week then 400 then 300mgs then 200mgs. I am not prone to gyno but I didnt want to lose any mass....It really kicked my boy's back in. Like I said I love that...
