bio engineered waximaize is good and not to expensive. also twin labs ultra fuel which is 50-50 somple and compex carbs. i use waxymiaze b4 workout and a mix of both after.

i have used shotgun, including the 2 earlier versions that tasted almost as bed as gakic. but it works great, but do not take less than 6 hours before bed. hard to sleep when you feel like daffy duck...

super pump yes. i use is frequently. i cycle between super pump and vpx brand no shotgun (excellent product) do not take either less than 6 hours before bed, you will still be bouncing off the walls....
