I still say that ECA is the best and if you search you can still find it on the internet. But heavy compound weight training, strict diet, proper hydration, cardio, and rest will take you very far....

Do your cardio after your workouts 5days a week. add the good/healthy fats and try a blended protein with egg,whey and casin proteins and that might help. as for the cardio mix it up try sprints one...

I believe that you should do total body work to burn excess fat. you should do cardio and weight training and as for squats and deadlifts they recruit the most muscle fibers and work the whole body....
