It only gets tougher. Make sure you rest between sets is adequate. If it is, you can move your jumps to 5lbs. It is still 15lbs a week and at that pace you will be up to 200 in a month.

Try it out for a while. When the weights get heavy and the program starts beating you into the ground you will need/want the extra day of rest. This program gets hard relatively quickly.

The only clue I can give is that your first set shouldn't be harder than your second set if you are warming up correctly.

For benching, don't put any collars on the bar and dump the weights to the sides if you have to. This will make a lot of noise but be a lot safer and more comfortable then rolling the weight down...
