Does shooting GG like that actually work better...
Does shooting GG like that actually work better for absorption or is it a matter of preference? I usually just take 2 scoops with my Xtends and mono and then add 2 scoops to my during workout drink...

Green Bulge + GlycerGrow = ???
I've taking GlycerGrow for a few weeks with some generic Creatine Monohydrate and it is pretty good, but I was thinking about getting some Green Bulge instead. Can anyone tell me if its worth buying?...
