I got better sleep with the Novedex. Dreams got very realistic. Don't know if anyone else got that effect. As for gains, my muscles definitely felt a lot more full. I got it for only like $24 so...

hey i take the fish body oil 1000's from GNC and they have a lemon flavor in them. i do burp a little too, but the lemon usually overpowers the fish taste. hope this helps at all.
