Question on Studying all night+sleep (reps)

I have a final at 10am in the morning and took an Adderall early to help me study all night. Is it best if I just stay up all night and take the test or get a few hours of sleep? and How many hours?

and add concentration curl.

and 2-3 set of preacher curl was 80lbs
