Not sure I'd say I have a favorite because I don't enjoy cardio but I do sprints for HIIT or use the step machine and go as fast as I can for a minute then slow for two minutes. Same with sprinting...

So you're doing 4-5 days HIIT for 30 min plus and additional 30 cardio after your workout? That's a lot of cardio!! You don't need to do that much, especially if you're lifting weights.

lol it's what my trainer has me eating post-workout. The glucose is supposed to be good after working out. Skittles are another option =) After what I eat all day the gummies are a treat!
