with a slice of whole grain bread and 2 cans, it's 80g protein and about 20g carbs, a tiny bit of fat from the mayo

Not much progress has been slow. I was able to lower my bodyfat significantly from the avatar picture but I hit a wall a while ago and I couldn't get past it. Really hard for me to get low bodyfat.

yeah thanks man. I did good on the dumbell rows, all 8 reps were solid and i do DB rows with a good range of motion. Meaning i touch the floor and bring the dumbell up against my side for every rep....
