Loose skin

Can I get some feedback on how to tighten loose skin on women in their 40's & 50's that are in great shape(slender), but have loose skin and not a lot of Bodyfat?

Pullups are a good test for a novice weightlifter. You can take a kid who is average size 5'10" about 175lbs who has never worked out. Tell him to do as many pullups as he can. If he can do 15-20...

Napping is ok if done in correct cycles

Napping is good if done in in three hour cycles corresponding to the stages of sleep the body goes through, 3 hours is better than 4. 6 hours is better than 8.
