cardio in the morning is the best.
but you have a lot of time to dial in.

Looks like you are an Athlete. If so things look ok,but I would try to get some protein for breakfast, eggwhites or a shake. I would not do a Casein shake.
Regular ON Whey would do the job....

Your diet looks ok.
Try water with your protein, if you are using milk.
Grapefruit could be add to breakfast for a change,and they help if you are trying to lose weight.
More salads and green...

yea maybe train every other day,or two day of training and one day off.
Keep the protein high and eat more green veggies.
And lots of water, aleast half of you body weght in oz.
EX 150/2= 75.

I do 3-4 shakes a day and that gets me about 175-200 grams of protein, not counting my meals.
use quick grits or oat meal in the morning....

If you use an Ester you do not need so much, the old mono type you had to load up on it.

I do a protein shake first thing in the morning.
If I have training session I do 25-50 grams of protein, gatorade, creasol,and bcaa and I drink it during my workout. Post work out I do some more...
