Shake about 20- 30 grams with some sorta high glycemic sugar to get you going... OJ is a great idea or Get some old fashion NO explode. I stay away from it but depending on how early it is go for it.

It depends GOOD PWO meal not for your sole source of protien though.. Shake it up with a good isolate then eat your meal. MAke sure no salt or bad condiments either!
