Boost up your cardio and perform interval sprints
around the 400m running track sprint 100m then jog/walk 100m then sprint then jog and so fourth.

Yea you could be right

It just seems wierd that results are coming in all my bodyparts and then my chest just lets it down. Thanks for that info though

Can't Get a BIG CHEST

Well ive decided to try and find out whats up. I can do complete workouts to help work on my chest and triceps but it seems the only thing thats growing is my tri's.

When I lift

I try to Pump to at least 8 reps.. I bulk at a rep range of 7 - 9 and cut at 12 - 15 with heaps of cardio.

What sort of programme do u do man?

I find Bulking Easier

As I am a big eater. But what I do struggle with is my addiction to endurance. I tend to do a lot of running when i'm suppose to be bulking. This mainly is brought on by the different sports I play...
