doesnt matter.

it differs for everybody. from what i have seen taller people scrape shins more then thighs and short people more thighs then shins. i scare my thighs. they dont bleed though.

578 raw deadlift, 293 paused bench raw, 430 raw squat. i had atleast 450 i think in my squat and 585ish on my deadlift. bench maybe only a couple pounds!

im so close! i know this isnt as big as some of you guys but i deadlifted 578 raw in competition saturday, 7 pounds shy of 6 plates a side! and i think i could have got it if the weight was on the...

the thing is, what if your on your 3rd you put only a tiny bit too much on and then you miss, and you would be pissed cuz maybe you could have done just a few pounds...

2009 provincial champion ships. got 9 out of 9 lifts, squatted 430 raw no problems probably had a 440 (pounds) benched 293 raw, and deadlifted 578 raw. Was up against my brother and a team mate who...

there fore i would say either take a break between dips and bench, (depending on what exervises you do for chest) if you bb bench, do it first then do your db...
