Thanks man I hope so too, it's more of a mental battle than anything, it's so hard to not go to the gym. If I could train and it wouldn't risk my long-term health, I would train through the pain....

Thanks a lot guys...yeah I wasn't eating enough fat like I thought...I was getting 50 g a day if I was lucky and that's including the Omega 3's that I take :/
