For the most part a multivitamin daily should do the trick. Vitamins usually work behind the scene so you really never see results as you would with other supplements. Good luck.

I basically cheat often and still maintain 10 -12 % BF. My metabolism helps out a great deal also. My cardio includes racketball and jump rope.
