Correct, you can do both if done correctly. Only because of the muscle weighs more then fat ratio. If you put on muscle while dropping bodyfat %
you will look and feel better while losing bodyfat...

No, you should'nt work out longer, but 5 days a week 2 body parts a day. Somewhere this has to be overtraining. This is an awful lot of working out for a guy wanting mass.
