quick question on pyramid

first do some research on bb.com hardgainers and allso hardgainers.com next eat high protien foods, like 6 eggs for breakfast WITH yolk. Have a big fat meal replacment at 10. and more protiens/carbs...

well, don't even start trying to look for your abbs if your over 15%bf, but that does not mean don't train them... keep loosing the bodyfat and eventually you will see them, get down to 8% and if ya...

Cool here is the deal

drop the body fat % if ya wanna see um, if not, use weight weight and then after that use more weight, treat you abs like your biceps, the more weight you use the bigger the various muscles will get....

it is a tough exercises bro, you gonna get a little woozzy, just make sure you breath steady and keep proper form, don't squeez all the blood to your head either, your not flying a jet, your lifting...
