Little soft around the middle but I'll take it. What's funny, to me at least, is that whatever softness I had around the front and sides is now at my lower back.

Oops.....my oversight! He's fine with me staying with DC since I've been progressing. His focus with me is mainly diet and cardio. If I stop progressing, then he'll recommend a routine for me.

Been doing protein/fat for 6 days with a one day (Sunday) refeed of as much as I can take in carbs. Weight will jump anywhere from 5 to 9 lbs....
