No offence , but 1 muscle per day is really noob...i m training 2 times a week every body part and and i lift 2-2,5 times more then i have started with...

U cant say one is better then the other..They serve a different goals..
Push ups good for muscle indurance , and if ur max is 10-12 then strenght as well.
Bench is for strenght\mass , thought u can...
