I think you should do chest & back 2 days a...
I think you should do chest & back 2 days a wk(tuesday/friday), bi's&tri's&shoulders 2 days(wednesday/saturday), and 2 hard heavy leg days.(monday/thursday)
switch it up maybe & then rest sunday.
