Because i'm still on the mend i'm counting this as a successful workout.

2 hours basketball, no neck pain, just a little bit of swelling and tightness.

Kind of laxodasical at this point. I've been unable to do anything physical as i've reruptured this disc in my neck 3 times in the past 6 months. Lost alot of weight, got a slight case of insomnia....

no, but i'm going to do it anyways. The disc that was herniated is in my neck, and it's been a month since i did it. Mostly healed now just feels really weak.
