Yup. It stays good for me. It doesn't even smell bad when you open the container. And I have never had food poisoning either.

I wouldn't know but how long do you plan keeping in the freezer for? Because I make my meals ahead of time on Sunday and I just store it in small containers. Even ziploc storage bags work pretty good...

I don't, but a lot of sodium is not of good for you anyway. If you read the labels everything already has sodium in it, even sweets. So there is no need to add salt to your foods. It adds up.

I eat fats don't get me wrong, but the most I can avoid it the better. I don't skip meals. I eat probably more than 6 small meals a day. I take fish oils capsules and also CLA's. I eat almonds also....
