New Split, possible journal, critiques plz (pics)

I'm going to post a little background info to start.

About 15 months ago I started working out steadily with some breaks in between, I was about 240 and fat, dropped to 195 and now bulked back up...

So on the bottle it says not to take the two in conjunction, I do anyway nevertheless. When I've been working out at the gym my focus is almost too extreme; where normally I would stop at 6 reps...

this!!!^ find things to keep yourself occupied, get rid of myspace, facebook, pictures, etc... as long as you stay occupied then you won't mull over thoughts of her and it'll be much easier to move...
