That's a pretty clean diet. Congrats! Take at least a day each week and treat yourself to a cheat meal. It'll prob. help both mentally and physically. Lots of luck.

Sure, but its still important to know how much carbs aside from from fiber your diet consists of. When dieting down, you usually start cutting back on non-fibrous carbs first.
