keep doin the barbell curls for your main exercise but drop the reps to 4-6 and jack the wieght up. then do some seated db curls with high reps and finish of with a set or two of preachers or hammers...

205x10 is the most i ever done on seated military press behind the neck.
i did 205x6 yesterday and dropped down and did 135x20 if that counts for anything.

doing squats correctly actually helps strengthen ur ligaments and tendons in ur knees. take it back up to parallel and see how that does it.
