Can I stack no xplode with xtend?

I was wondering if it is a good idea to stack no xplode and xtend I am going to take the no xplode pre work out and xtend during my workout.

Well I think if you doing say jogging people say you will lose muscle and if you do sprints or run bleachers you will not lose muscle I dont know how true it is.

try doing close grip bench,skull crushers,push downs,and kickbacks and trying going a little heavier maybe even throw in some negatives on close grip bench and try throwing in some more calories...

Well today I did a very hard leg workout and tomm.I know I am going to be very sore so I was wondering If it would be a good idea to go run bleachers tomm. for my cardio or just wait til tuesday?

I think If your trying to bulk or put on weight you will lose ab definition because men hold there fat in the stomach region and i think women will gain it in there legs if i am not mistaken.

I doubt you are overtraining your legs I do six sets of squats for 4-8 reps an I dont think I am overtraining I am still gaining size and strength also you should always change your workouts up next...
