haha yeah man, it's really interesting

with the vanilla and the pb mix its almost like it creates a chocolate flavor, the texture is kind of weird because of the dry powder, but it's ADDICTING

ok it's amazing, and simple

slice of bread, peanutbutter spread on it.

next you sprinkle about 5-15 g of VANILLA whey on top of it.

it may seem weird, but it honestly tastes AMAZING, too...

possibly try hitting a 3 day/ 5x5 workout plan too with cardio on my days off.

yeah im starting to think so

ive cut down on the endorush/redline the past week and ive seen some calming for sure..

its just hard when u work at vitamin world and get 40% off of everything.......

I do notice a lot more breakouts while on these supplements, but have heard about a link to acne from all...
