Not that I'm aware of. You could buy them in bulk at Cosco's or BJ's... they sell them in packages of 8 quarts I believe. It's cheaper that way at least.

Fitday is good for keeping track of calories/macros. Yet, I'm skeptical by the numbers of calories they say are burned by activity. They seem unrealistic... so be careful.

I've read that coffee interferes with calcium absorpition. If it's true, would taking calcium supplements (Natural calcium, magnesium, and zinc) after breakfast/before morning coffee be a bad idea?
