true true, as far as from my expirience when i starved myself it was alot harder to lose fat in anyway. Now when i started cutting and bulking and culking i did drop a considerate amount of body fat%.

i do it for 20, alternating every minute or two. To me it helps, but also a good old run thru the park helps. Think of the heart and lungs as a muscle group too, they also need to be trained.
